About Me
Erica Fuller is a passionate innovative advocate for Black and Underserved communities especially those who identify as neurodivergent. In the last 15 years she has continued to show her deep commitment to advancing social change through both culturally and spiritual grounded leadership. She is a Black American as well as a Freedmen citizen of both the Cherokee and Chickasaw (Mississippi Band). Erica’s upbringing and experience has instilled in her continued resilience and innovative spirit
Graduated from Centennial School District in 2010; She holds an associate’s degree from Mt. Hood Community College and 15 + years active in both nation and state wide community organizing Erica also has a diverse background of expertise within political education, voter engagement, lobbying, specific towards all public education, public policy, youth engagement, reproductive rights, and Black Indigenous advocacy.
Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her strategic leadership in program and leadership development, campaign management, coalition-building, and project development. She is dedicated to amplifying the voices of undeserving youth populations, ensuring that their rights and opportunities are just as accessible and equitable as everyone else's.
